Welcome at our website. We would like to introduce you to our company, which is specialised in breeding worms and live bait for exotic animals.

We started breeding fish-worms in 1985, and now, in 2018, our company has grown to a cultivation centre with over 1500 square metres breeding room

We also have our own mealworm nursery which can provide us with a sufficient amount of mealworms throughout the year. Due to the sophisticated warm and cold nursery rooms in our company, we can provide the bait at any time of the year and makes us capable of living up to the vast demand on living bait for exotic animals. Therefore, we can import and export these animals to and from anywhere in Europe or even outside of

To make all of this possible, we have a refrigerated trailer combination at our disposal, so our animals arrive always in the best possible condition.

Hystory VIWO Holland Fishing Bait

After having been the owner of a reproduction company for a number of years, we started breeding worms as a second branch in 1985.

The first worms were imported from Hungary. They have their natural habitat in the soil there. We had found out pretty soon that breeding worms was our destiny, and we developed a specific food for these worms.

Thus, it did not take long before others companies throughout and even outside of Europe became interested in our worms. In 1990 we also started a cultivation unit in Poland. This unit only provides the Eusenia and humus.

Over the years, our company in Hattem has not stood still where innovation and automation are concerned. Now, as of 2018, we have one of the most sophisticated cultivation centres in the Netherlands, a production hall with floor heating and climate control that has over 2500 square metres of breeding space.
